AREA 1 - PMAP Past Presidents, Charter Members, Sponsors and Early Birds
AREA 2 - Pre-registered (Paid)
AREA 3 - Chapters
AREA 4 - Pre-registered (Unpaid as of 5 October 2011)
AREA 5 - On-site/walk-in delegates
